By accessing our website, registering a school, participating in an Olympiad or purchasing study material, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Schools must provide accurate information during registration. Student participation is subject to eligibility criteria and examination guidelines published by NextGen Scholars Olympiad.

Participants must follow all examination instructions. Any form of misconduct, malpractice, impersonation or unfair means may result in disqualification.

Results, rankings, awards and certificates are subject to verification. NextGen Scholars Olympiad reserves the right to correct errors or revise results when necessary.

All study materials, mock tests, question pools, books, content, trademarks and platform resources are the intellectual property of NextGen Scholars Olympiad and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without written permission.

Orders will be processed and shipped as per the timelines communicated on the website. Delivery schedules may vary based on location, courier services and other factors beyond our control.

Olympiad registration fees are non-refundable. Book order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch. Returns or replacements will be considered only for damaged, defective or incorrect products reported within the specified timeframe.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not misuse the platform or access unauthorized information.

NextGen Scholars Olympiad shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, portal, examinations or related services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
