By submitting this registration form, the undersigned confirms that he/she is duly authorized to act on behalf of the school and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. The information provided during school registration is true, accurate and complete to the best of the school's knowledge.
2. The school agrees to participate in the NextGen Scholars Olympiad in accordance with the rules, guidelines, schedules and instructions communicated by the organizers from time to time.
3. The school agrees to comply with the applicable fee structure, payment terms and other financial conditions communicated by the organizers.
4. Registration fees paid towards the Olympiad shall be non-refundable and non-transferable except where specifically approved by the organizers.
5. The school shall be solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all student information uploaded on the portal. The organizers shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect data submitted by the school.
6. The school confirms that it has obtained all necessary permissions, consents and authorizations required for sharing student and parent information with the organizers.
7. Once student registration data is submitted and/or the registration deadline has passed, modifications may not be permitted except at the sole discretion of the organizers.
8. The school agrees to conduct the Olympiad fairly and transparently and to ensure compliance with all examination guidelines, instructions and academic integrity requirements.
9. The school shall ensure the proper handling, collection, storage and submission of OMR answer sheets and examination materials as per the prescribed procedures.
10. The school agrees that the evaluation methodology, qualification criteria, ranking methodology, tie-breaker rules and result processing procedures determined by the organizers shall be final and binding.
11. The organizers may use the school's name, logo, photographs, participation details, student achievements, rankings and related information for Olympiad administration, reporting, recognition, promotional activities and publications.
12. The school authorizes the organizers to communicate with the school coordinators, students and parents through email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone and portal notifications for purposes related to the Olympiad.
